Professor Kathryn Brohman, Ph.D. is an academic scholar with 20+ years experience as a researcher, consultant and executive educator in technology, project management, and agile management methods. In 2009, she launched the Strategy Execution curriculum at the Smith School of Business, Queen’s University in Canada and continues to innovate new courses and programs that focus on executing results in the digital age.

Eileen Brown started her career with IBM Canada and was part of the Mergers & Acquisition team that built the global footprint of Celestica, a spinoff company. She has held global Vice President roles in Supply Chain, IT and HR in high tech companies such as Celestica and Blackberry.

Jim McSheffrey spent his career at 3M and held various senior executive roles including President and General Manager of 3M Canada, and Managing Director of both 3M UK and 3M China.
